Please see below information on returns, upon receipt of your return it will be updated on your account and for an exchange, a new tracking code will be provided via email and your account will be updated. This may take 5-7 working days for dispatch as the goods may need to be manufactured. For a refund, upon receipt of the goods, a refund will be issued to the original payment method – this may take upto10 days to appear in your account, you will receive a email of a credit memo to confirm your return – any unpaid postage fees will be deducted from your return.
